Petitpierre + OM Mechanics

Macro and wide angle
We filmed over a full day with a two-camera setup: a Sony A7S III for the wide shots and a Sony FX30 for the close-ups. Our lighting kit allowed us to maintain a consistent mood and visual clarity, while the RØDE Wireless GO system ensured crisp, smooth sound capture.
After filming on location, we returned to the studio to record detailed macro shots, shot with a collapsible lightbox and a turntable-ideal for showcasing the fine craftsmanship of each tool in motion.
With two operators on set and a clear narrative vision, the result is a polished and captivating video series that combines pedagogy, precision, and personality, just like Olivier himself.
